Can I have a tour of the facility and tool room?
Absolutely! We encourage prospective employees to see where they'll be working. During your interview process, you'll have the opportunity to tour our climate-controlled Tool Room, meet members of our team, and see the advanced equipment and technology that make Accumold an industry leader.
What kind of tooling will I be building?
You'll build and maintain high-precision plastic injection molds used to manufacture components for medical, electronics, optics, and other advanced industries. Every project presents unique challenges and requires exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.
What equipment will I work with?
Our Tool Room features advanced machining and mold-making equipment, including CNC mills, EDM sinkers, EDM hole burners, grinders, lathes, and precision inspection tools. You'll also work from CAD/CAM designs using industry-standard software.
What experience are you looking for?
We're looking for experienced toolmakers who take pride in their craftsmanship and enjoy solving complex manufacturing challenges. A two-year Tool & Die degree is preferred, but equivalent mold-making or tooling experience is also valued.
